If you are facing a bout of depression; it sometimes manifests in physical symptoms as well. Often, it’s the times we feel least like moving where we need it most.
In this card, the man is grieving and searching for something. He feels lost on his path. Perhaps he has lost sight of who he is, or what he wants to do. He has likely suffered some form of loss that has left him feeling rather defeated also.
This card symbolizes periods of emotional exhaustion or just wanting to rest for a bit before taking on anything new. This is a good time to release anything from the past that may be draining to you.
This is a card of seeking and finding. After a period of disillusionment, you are able to move forward in new directions. The bad habits this card represents are scattered emotions/thoughts and a tendency to not deal with things that are bothering you until they overwhelm you.
Find a creative outlet for these pent up emotions and you’ll find your answers appear more easily and that you reestablish that deeper sense of connection with your source.
